Salman Shah has over 17 years of experience across both consultancy and industry roles in the Middle East and South Asia. He has joined BADRI as an Associate Director. Before this, Salman was heading the KSA office of a regional actuarial consultancy., where he was leading IFRS 17 implementation and actuarial consulting projects for major insurers across the region. Prior to his consulting career, Salman held key actuarial roles at Dhofar Insurance in Oman and Dawood Family Takaful in Pakistan, where he was responsible for general insurance reserving, pricing, and strategic business planning.
