Muhammad Imran is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA UK) and Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA UK). He completed his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Karachi University in 2004. Before joining Badri in December 2020, He worked for Global Environmental Management Services (KSA) and Ernst & Young, KSA & Pakistan offices.
Imran specializes in the following areas:
- Head all financial transactions, reporting and policies
- Formulate systems for effective financial operations and participate in management of profitability & operating results
- Review current and past trends in key performance indicators
- Develop, analyze & implement budgets; monitor budgets for deviations, conduct variance analysis and draft recommendations
- Oversee expansion plans of the company including branches in new countries and cities
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company
- Experienced in creating and maintaining relationships with service providers and contractors, including lease financing and insurance companies; supervise external audits and tax function
- Experienced in Arranging financing facilities including LGs, LCs, working capital and term loan
