Mariam Irfan Lotia has over thirteen years of experience as a Human Resource generalist in the Insurance, Textile, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Management Consulting industries.

Prior to joining BADRI in April 2019, Mariam has worked at Siddiqsons Group and Creative Chaos (Pvt) Limited. She is currently looking after the complete employee life cycle at BADRI. Mariam is also associated with métier as a Senior HR Consultant where she is looking after HR Consultancy assignments for various clients in the GCC. Throughout her experience she has been extensively involved in devising Human Resource strategies to leverage high productivity for every organization she has worked with.

Mariam is a SHRM Certified Professional and has completed her Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
